On Wednesday, July 2nd a team from our church, in the states, came to work with our colleagues in Nacala. I was invited to work with them for the week.
They were going to be teaching youth.
The Harrell's church in Nacala invited some other churches from out of town,
and also some from around their area.
Our church here in Nampula was invited to be apart of the conference over the weekend.

On Thursday we went to go prayer walking on the Island of Mozambique.
It is a very lost and dark place.
We were able to share the Gospel with a little boy and girl while praying over a school.
It was really cool!

Then On Friday we started the youth conference.
 |

| On Sunday the youth from the Nacala church wanted the Americans to participate in singing and dancing with them. They gave the girls matching head wraps to match the wrap skirts that they were wearing. In Mozambique, matching is totally cool! |
Then early on Monday morning we left to go to the bush.
It took about 2 1/2 hours to get there.
The mission church that we visited was called Liupo.

Then early the next morning we had baptism.
We walked and walked to get here.
The sun was very strong and I am sure that most of us got a little sun burnt.
Oh well…it was worth it!
