Zip, Zip, Zip -- By Meg

One day we decided that we would drive up to a place that has a zip lining canopy tour.
We had SO much fun and Grandma was the only one that wouldn't do it.
(But, that was ok :) )
My mom even did i,t even though she is very scared of heights.

Putting all the gear on.
For some reason they were SO funny putting all of their gear on.
All ready to go!!

Waiting for the truck to pick us up and take us to the starting point of the tour.
Here we go!
At the starting point of the tour with our guides, Lucky and Jack.
Dad went first.

My mom was so nervous and we kept on telling her that she could do it.
She was breathing so hard...as you will see in the pictures!

See what I mean?!?

It was so fun!!
She had a smile on her face the whole time!
Who wouldn't?!?

We did it!!
Ice cream to celebrate!!
We had soooo much fun!!

Gold Reef City -- By Meg

On the Saturday after Christmas we went to an amusement park called Gold Reef City.
They had all sorts of fun rides there!
The only bad thing was that it started to rain at about 11:00 so we had to go
find some shelter and then we decided to leave.
But we had such a fun day making  memories!!

So much fun!!!!
(not really)

The lines were SUPER long, so we could
only ride a couple of things before the rain started.

Just a little wet!!!
So funny!
My dad stood in line and got us some drinks and some lunch.
You can see in the back ground how many people were in that room.
We were packed like sardines!
We made some fun memories, but hopefully when we go back next time
the lines won't be as long and there will be no rain!

Hugs,
Meg

Sleeping Beauty on Ice -- By Meg

On the day after Christmas we decided that we would go see a
show called "Sleeping Beauty on Ice".
And of course, it was on ice!! It was so cool!!
Before the show we went and ate dinner and walked around the mall.

Waiting for the doors to open.
At our seats.
Selfies!!!
We weren't allowed to take pictures of the show, but it was amazing!

Christmas -- By Meg

We had a wonderful Christmas!
Christmas morning Santa came and we opened those gifts.
Our grandparents were coming in the afternoon, so we
went to see "Frozen" while we waited on them to get here.

Then, that afternoon our grandparents arrived and we had Christmas that night.

Our gift from Dad was an iPad mini.
We were so excited!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas!!

Meg
